2.1 Webinar Registrations
Refund eligibility for webinar registrations depends on the timing of your request and whether the content has been accessed:
- Full Refund: Available if requested more than 7 days before the scheduled webinar start date and no access to materials has occurred
- Partial Refund: Available if requested between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled webinar start date, subject to a 25% administrative fee
- No Refund: Requests made less than 3 days before the webinar start date or after the webinar has commenced
2.2 Subscription Services
For recurring subscription plans:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if no webinars have been attended or content accessed. No refunds for subsequent billing cycles
- Annual Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds available within 30 days of initial purchase if fewer than 3 webinars have been attended, minus any applicable fees
- Cancellation: You may cancel subscriptions at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
2.3 Bundled Programs
For multi-webinar packages or bundled educational programs:
- Refunds calculated based on completed versus remaining sessions
- Available only if less than 30% of the program content has been accessed
- Subject to administrative fee of 15% of the total purchase price
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Promotional or discounted purchases marked as non-refundable at the time of sale
- Gift purchases or transferred registrations
- Recorded webinar access or on-demand content once accessed
- Downloadable materials or resources once downloaded
- Administrative or processing fees
- Third-party services or integrations
4. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions
4.1 Platform-Related Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing a webinar due to our platform:
- We will provide access to a recording of the session at no additional cost, or
- Offer registration to an alternative session, or
- Issue a full refund if neither option is satisfactory
4.2 User-Related Issues
Technical difficulties arising from your internet connection, device compatibility, or other user-side factors do not qualify for refunds. We recommend reviewing our technical requirements before purchase.
5. Refund Request Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:

- Include your order number or transaction reference
- Provide the reason for your refund request
- Submit your request within the eligible timeframe
5.2 Processing Timeline
Once we receive your refund request:
- Review: We will review your request within 3 business days
- Decision: You will receive notification of approval or denial within 5 business days
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Receipt: Depending on your payment provider, funds may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear
6. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. All refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase.
7. Cancellation by Valorienyxar
If we cancel a webinar or service:
- You will receive full refund of the registration fee, or
- Option to transfer your registration to another session at no additional cost
- Notification will be provided as soon as reasonably possible
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution before contacting us:
- Your access to the platform may be immediately suspended
- We reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery to your financial institution
- Your account may be permanently closed if the chargeback is deemed fraudulent
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback.
9. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We may consider refund requests outside the standard policy for exceptional circumstances, including:
- Medical emergencies supported by appropriate documentation
- Bereavement situations
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
- Significant changes to advertised webinar content or instructors
Such requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
10. Partial Attendance
Attending part of a webinar or accessing a portion of course materials constitutes use of the service and disqualifies you from a full refund. Partial refunds may be considered based on the extent of participation and at our discretion.
11. Transfer Policy
As an alternative to refunds, we offer the following transfer options:
- Transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge if requested at least 48 hours before the event
- Transfer your registration to a future session of the same webinar, subject to availability and potential price difference
- Apply your purchase as credit toward another webinar of equal or greater value within 90 days
12. Promotional Offers and Discounts
If you received a promotional discount or special offer:
- Refunds will be calculated based on the amount actually paid
- Promotional credits or vouchers are non-refundable
- Bundled offers may not be partially refunded
13. Group Registrations
For group or corporate registrations:
- Refund requests must come from the original purchaser
- Partial refunds for individual members may be available at our discretion
- Group discount pricing may affect refund calculations
14. Currency and Exchange Rates
