2. Eligibility and Account Registration

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

When using our platform, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with other participants and instructors
• Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or harassing behavior
• Not share, distribute, or reproduce webinar content without authorization

• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with platform operations or server functionality
• Collect user information without consent
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation without permission
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share account credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, features, and functionality on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, and course materials, are owned by Valorienyxar, our licensors, or content providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.1 License Grant

6.1 Subscription Renewals

Subscription-based services automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate. You may cancel subscriptions through your account settings or by contacting support.

6.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscriptions will be communicated in advance and take effect upon the next renewal period.

7. Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds may be considered if:

• Requested within 7 days of purchase
• Technical issues prevented access and could not be resolved
• The webinar was cancelled and no alternative was provided

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind after attending a session
• Failure to attend scheduled webinars
• Dissatisfaction with content quality (subjective assessments)
• Partial consumption of subscription periods

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

10.2 Educational Content Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of educational content. Webinars represent the views of instructors and may not reflect our official positions. You are responsible for independently verifying information.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valorienyxar and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from platform use or inability to use
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Third-party conduct or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, during the six months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valorienyxar, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from:

12. Termination

12.1 Account Deletion

You may request account deletion by contacting support at info@valorienyxar.com. Deletion may not be immediate and certain information may be retained as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms. If you do not agree with modifications, discontinue use immediately.
